Clint Eastwood. A man for all ages. Cinema history is about a century old and he entered halfway through. He's still here and Changeling proves it once again.
Remarkable movie. I entered the theatre waiting to see a true story about a mother who loses her child and gets a different one back, but oh God, it's so much more than that. The movie has so many layers, gets into so many different subjects of that age, beautifully crafted into just 2:20. Believe me, it's too hard to fit all these things in so little time and so coherently.
I don't think that I have, nor I want to speak about technicalities, direction or how was the sound or the lighting here. No. Characters, society and human relations, that was the movie and it was one of the best in these aspects. Touching. Well done Clint.
